Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests, providing assistance and answering questions as needed.
  • Promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering support, and upholding club policies.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as necessary.
  • Perform membership-related functions, including sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and collecting unpaid balances.
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free.
  • Perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas, addressing safety, policy, and cleanliness concerns.
  • Promptly address maintenance and facility concerns.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment (preferred).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Physical demands include standing, moving, communicating, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
