Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for achieving personal production targets and customer service goals across all designated branches and/or client portfolios.

Leverage available resources and tools to enhance a holistic financial planning strategy that encompasses all assets, objectives, timelines, and risk appetites.

Deliver investment and insurance solutions to clients grounded in a comprehensive financial planning methodology that considers all assets, objectives, timelines, and risk tolerances.

Regularly mentor branch staff in each location to better understand customer profiles, identifying both short-term and long-term aspirations and offering appropriate solutions as necessary.

Provide continuous training and sales assistance to assigned branches to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all clients and potential clients.

Responsible for collaborating with every line of business (Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Banking, etc.) to offer clients optimal solutions for their diverse needs.

Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 1 year of experience in investment sales
Possession of Series 7, 63, 65/66, and Life and Health Licenses

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2-3 years of experience in an investment-related field
Experience in coaching, influencing, and developing team members
Proven track record of surpassing expectations and achieving assigned goals
Strong communication skills with a diverse range of prospects and clients, meticulous attention to detail in documentation, and a commitment to excellence in service and follow-up.

Exempt Status:
(Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
