Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled KYC Developer to join our team. As a KYC Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) for client onboarding and KYC processes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) for client onboarding and KYC processes
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience in wholesale/investment banking
  • Strong understanding of client reference data and onboarding processes
  • Expertise in writing Jira user stories in an Agile environment
  • Deep understanding of SQL and data analysis skills
  • Ability to comprehend, explain, summarize, capture, adjust, and pivot business discussions
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
  • Sharp communication and presentation skills
