Job Overview

We're seeking a talented Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Paradox Insurance Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing genuine relationships with prospects and teammates, understanding client needs, and strategically matching our services and products to those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create sales-ready opportunities by aligning products with the prospect's objectives and pain points
  • Proactively research the industry and technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and clients
  • Capture key prospective client data from your interactions, from the web, and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets
Requirements
  • Humble, coachable, high interpersonal skills, grit, and resilience
  • Consistent desire to improve
  • Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
  • Possess or obtain within 90 days, a CO state property/casualty insurance license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college credit is preferred but NOT required
  • 6 months - 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
