Job Summary:
SSM Health Care System is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Primary Care physician leader to serve as the Regional Clinical Program Medical Director. This role will oversee the delivery of primary care services in the Greater Fond du Lac area, combining administrative and clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of primary care strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Operation Leaders to monitor and manage the delivery of primary care services.
- Partner with clinical teams to design and implement system initiatives to enhance primary care services.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Active unrestricted WI medical license (or ability to obtain one).
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine.
- At least 8 years of experience as a practicing Primary Care physician.
- At least 2 years of experience as a physician leader.
- Active unrestricted DEA.
