SSM Health is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Primary Care physician leader to serve as the Regional Clinical Program Medical Director for the Greater Fond du Lac Market. This role combines administrative and clinical responsibilities, with a focus on leading the development and implementation of system-wide care standards and clinical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and design system-wide care standards and clinical guidelines for the Clinical Program.
- Identify areas of unexplained clinical variation and ensure adoption of evidence-based practices.
- Develop and approve quality performance standards for each subspecialty within the Clinical Program Portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with Administrative Leaders to set the strategic vision, goals, and objectives for the Clinical Program Portfolio.
- Provide oversight of the clinical delivery team performance and review individual provider and group performance measures.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with current license to practice medicine in the State.
- 3 years experience as a practicing clinician.
