Chargeback Specialist

Cordelia Lighting Inc. is seeking a skilled Chargeback Specialist to join our team. As a Chargeback Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, researching and resolving deductions, and maintaining customer web-portals.

• Research and resolve customer deductions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work with Customer Service, Sales, and Accounting teams to obtain data and documentation to determine the validity of customer claims.
• Dispute and follow-up on invalid claims with customers.
• Process credits and submit deductions for adjustment.
• Maintain accurate deduction logs and customer web-portals.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

• Associate's degree or equivalent and a minimum of four years of experience in a related field.
• Experience handling big-box/mass-retailers is required.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Windows operating system.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
