Job Summary

This role is responsible for administering operational aspects of ongoing projects, participating in project plan development, and ensuring milestones and delivery requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and six or more years of progressive professional project administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects
  • Participate in project plan development, design, and schedule
  • Integrate and analyze project plans to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met
  • Analyze data and situations and develop solutions with project managers, line managers, and clients
  • Develop appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records
  • Represent the organization as a prime contact with outside organizations
  • Provide direction to support and less experienced professional staff

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and six or more years of progressive professional project administration experience. You must also demonstrate a complete understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.

$73,700 - $128,780 per year
