Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Gastroenterology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct routine medical procedures, including endoscopies and colonoscopies.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Document patient care and treatment plans in electronic medical records.
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Colorado.
- Board certification in Gastroenterology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or advanced practice setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
