CRNA Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our esteemed private practice anesthesia group in the Youngstown, Ohio area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer anesthesia services across a wide range of cases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, adjusting anesthesia levels as necessary to maintain stability.
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for anesthesia administration and patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines in an operating room setting.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to independently problem-solve.
  • Excellent prioritization skills with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $275,000, based on hours worked.
  • Flexible shifts available, including 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour options.
  • Full benefits package, including malpractice insurance coverage, health insurance (medical/dental/vision), life insurance, licenses & dues reimbursement, and retirement contributions.
  • Generous vacation time off (six to eight weeks per year), CME allowance, and opportunities for overtime earning potential reaching easily into the $300,000's.
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus paid upon signing.
