- Provide leadership and guidance to other staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and quality service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of education programs for staff members.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; must be obtained within 5 years from date of hire.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support training from the American Heart Association required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in pediatric nursing, with preference for post-anesthesia care experience.
