## Job Title: Parts Advisor

## Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Parts Advisor to join our team at Boggus Tipton Motors. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for purchasing, selling, storing, and issuing parts within our busy warehouse. If you have a passion for inventory management and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.

## Job Responsibilities

* Determine customer needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
* Create and modify purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of parts
* Issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts and maintain inventory levels
* Record warranty parts returned and process special orders
* Review special order parts tracking and process open invoices
* Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
* Maintain accurate records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
* Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory and attend weekly department meetings

## Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training preferred
* Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

## Compensation
