Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide functional rehabilitation to patients in their natural home and community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Regularly reassess the effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
- Perform discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety.
- Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
