Floor Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.
- Collect trash, recycling, and soiled linen from units and dispose of them properly.
- Perform additional outside work as assigned, including policing grounds.
- Utilize protective gear in all functions and follow safety precautions when mixing and using cleaning solutions.
- Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily without supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
