Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement employee policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Represent the facility in a professional and positive manner, ensuring excellent customer service and communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Current NYS RN License.
  • 2 years of Long Term Care experience preferred.
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
