Job Title: RN - Clinical Supervisor - Night Shifts

Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our Night Shift team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, mentoring less experienced nurses, and implementing employee policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on the Night Shift
  • Mentor and develop less experienced nurses to ensure high-quality care
  • Implement and enforce employee policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the standards of care for the unit
  • Review resident records and quality of care
  • Address questions or complaints from residents or their families
Requirements:
  • Valid NYS RN License
  • 2 years of Long Term Care experience preferred
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills
