About the Position

This Childcare Instructional Lead role at Active Minds Daycare and Learning Center involves teaching children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old. The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to Christian principles and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Teach reading, writing, addition, subtraction, time-telling, and shoe-tying skills to students.
  2. Develop engaging learning activities to promote student growth.
  3. Sending home weekly reports outlining challenge areas and progress of each student.
Education and Experience
  • Highest Level of Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in Childcare: At least one year

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, based on industry standards and location.
