Role Summary
The Digital Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives growth and engagement. This includes creating and publishing engaging social media content, monitoring and growing online communities, and tracking social media performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that drives growth and engagement
  • Create and publish engaging social media content that reflects the brand's unique personality
  • Monitor, engage, and grow online communities, responding to messages and comments in a timely manner
  • Track social media performance and report on key metrics to assess content effectiveness

Requirements:
* Experience: 2+ years in social media management, preferably for consumer brands
* Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social or Hootsuite)
* Creativity & Attention to Detail: A strong eye for design and ability to craft content that captures attention and drives engagement
* Analytical Mindset: Experience with social media analytics and data interpretation, turning insights into strategy
* Remote Work Ready: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage projects independently

Estimated Salary Range:$30-$45 per hour based on experience. Approximately 15-20 hours per week to start.
