Job Summary

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a skilled LPN / LVN for a travel nursing opportunity in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN)
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
  • Current LPN / LVN licensure in the United States
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN / LVN in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
