Job Summary:

Thrive Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing clinical mental health services to adults. As a Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and implementing recovery plans, and collaborating with other providers to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couple, family, or group counseling on issues of health and wellness
  • Monitor signs and symptoms of psychiatric functioning, medication regimen, and assist in community networking and wellness services
  • Consult and liaison with psychiatrist and/or medical doctors and other treatment staff
  • Develop and implement recovery plans and document services consistent with Thrive standards and/or insurance requirements
  • Collaborate with other providers, agencies, and individuals in the client's network of care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 3 years' experience in mental health setting required
  • Rhode Island registered nursing license required
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance which meets Rhode Island minimum standards required

Nurse reports directly to the Program Manager and will be supervised according to Thrive Behavioral Health Supervision Policy.
