Compensation: $16-$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct precise data entry for financial transactions and uphold organized documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of financial documents including invoices, bills, and various reports.
  • Support daily financial operations, encompassing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Manage filing systems and maintain financial records in alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to monitor financial transactions and inventory.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as required.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance accounting skills and knowledge of dealership functions.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in data entry and financial record maintenance.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to acquire new skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, CDK Global, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well within a team.
  • Analytical skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
