Job Summary

Conrad's Tire Express and Total Car Care is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Management Development Program. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the retail tire and auto repair industry and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a Store Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive sales growth by selling tires, automotive accessories, and service repairs to satisfy customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Management Administrative:

  • Establish priorities, coordinate daily activities, and monitor performance to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Manage employee productivity, store expenses, and inventory to optimize business performance.
  • Train, develop, and motivate store personnel to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Evaluate, encourage, and discipline employees fairly and consistently.
  • Handle customer complaints, employee conflicts, and daily operational problems in a fair and even-tempered manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; six months to one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Tire and Automotive, Sales and Customer Service, and Conrad's Total Car Care Branch Operations knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Mathematical skills and reasoning ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations with limited standardization.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually loud, and the employee may work extended hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings. Travel between locations is often required.
