- Prepare and clean components according to detailed production specifications.
- Utilize various application techniques, including dipping, brushing, or spraying, to apply coating materials.
- Support potting operations as necessary to enhance product durability.
- Conduct thorough self-inspections to verify the quality of coated parts before advancing them in the production line.
- Participate in the rework process for any defective components.
- Maintain accurate records of job progress by logging production activities.
- Propose suggestions for process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols by consistently wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Capability to uphold IPC-610 certification.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and quality assurance documents.
- Exhibit strong mechanical skills and visual precision.
- Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with proficient problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing environments.
