About the Role

The Accounts Receivable Financial Specialist will support the Finance team at Kerecis LLC in Arlington, Virginia. This is a full-time position that requires excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer account reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process credit notes and invoice adjustments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide accounts receivable support to customers and salespeople to facilitate timely collection of invoices.
  • Maintain customer account information in our financial system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, including credit checks, data entry, and document gathering.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel and able to perform complex data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and sales teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (at least two years) in finance, accounting, or a related field.
