**Responsibilities:**
- Observe and evaluate each resident on your assigned unit to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer and document current medications and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of the care staff assigned on your unit.
- Perform and document comprehensive assessments on each assigned resident, developing care plans that promote their physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
**Requirements:**
- Current, unencumbered, state-licensed practical nurse license.
- CPR certification.
- A can-do/will-do attitude to help others and provide exceptional care.
