We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Professional. This role will play a meaningful part in supporting providers and patients during their clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor clinic schedules and greet patients
  • Collect pertinent medical information for patient records
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
  • Assist with minor in-office procedures, injections, and laboratory/sample collections (dependent on certification or license)
Requirements:
  • NREMT & MN EMT certification (for EMT role)
  • Medical Assisting Diploma from a CHEA/CAAHEP accredited program (CMA or RMA preferred) (for MA role)
  • High school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service experience (for Visit Facilitator role)
