Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing software solutions to meet business needs

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Provide training and support to end-users on software applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP and software development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle SaaS project implementation, testing, and deployment
