Recruiting/Admissions Liaison

Carl Albert State College is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruiting/Admissions Counselor. This is a full-time position based at the Poteau campus, responsible for communicating with prospective students, their families, and the community through various means.

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, their families, and the community through appointment, telephone, email, and other electronic means.
• Represent Carl Albert State College at college fairs, high school visits, and community agencies to promote the benefits of a college education and recruit new students.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of recruitment events, including the Scholastic Contest.
• Provide campus tours and assist with all aspects of the admissions process for incoming students.
• Manage the CRM database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Strong computer and word processing skills are also essential. Experience in promotion, sales, and marketing is preferred.
