SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

COMPENSATION: $19 per hour

Position Overview:

As an Assembly Operator I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product flow, identifying quality concerns, and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and maintain the tools necessary for product assembly.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Participate in cross-training within the Value Stream as needed.
  • Assist with additional tasks to support overall business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cGMP standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong focus on delivery, attention to detail, and capability to perform under pressure.
