About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Associate to join our team at Amazon Fresh. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional grocery shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare fresh food items, such as salads, pizzas, and sandwiches, to meet customer demands.
  • Unload product deliveries, organize stockroom, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
