About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Associate to join our team at Amazon Fresh. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including unloading trucks and organizing stockroom.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining a clean and attractive store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
