Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Labor and Delivery (LDRP) unit at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston - CommonSpirit. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients through the childbirth process.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a current North Dakota nursing license and at least 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience. You will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Current North Dakota nursing license
  • At least 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS certification (AHA preferred)
  • Active nursing license per state
