Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mission Urology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the RN and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Manage patient flow, including scheduling tests and treatments, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • A degree from an accredited school of practical nursing is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
  • Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse following state regulations.
