Job Summary: Leidos is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Department. As a key member of our proposal team, you will develop and lead the cost/price proposal development, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers. You will coordinate with contracts, subcontracts, procurement, capture management, finance, and technical estimators to produce compliant and compelling Cost/Price proposals. If you have a strong background in government contracting, pricing analysis, and proposal development, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the cost/price proposal development
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance to ensure compliance with company policies and RFP instructions
• Prepare pricing files and customer deliverables in Excel/ProPricer

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in government contracting and pricing analysis
• Experience in all aspects of government proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract types
• Experience developing large and complex government Cost/Price volumes
• Experience leading proposal cost volume development and pricing teams

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with international proposals
• Advanced Excel skills and ProPricer experience
• U.S. Citizenship and TS Clearance required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
