  • Measurement and Consultation: Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Store Environment: Participate in maintaining a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Appearance and Organization: Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
