Position Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are eager to welcome a full-time Travel Nurse Practitioner to our vibrant treatment team. In this role, you will travel to various locations nationwide to provide coverage when permanent providers are unavailable due to vacations, leaves, or other absences. Your primary focus will be to assist clients in achieving their desired aesthetic outcomes while delivering exceptional patient care.

On average, our Travel Nurse Practitioners will experience approximately 18 overnight stays each month.

$139,360 annually

Travel Requirements:
Up to 18 shifts per month, requiring flexibility for weekend coverage and travel to any of the 300+ Milan Laser locations. Base Location:
Candidates must reside near a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport. Travel Expectations:
- Travel up to 18 shifts monthly
- Flexibility for overnight and weekend travel

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all laser hair removal treatments following established protocols and procedures.
- Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide pre/post-treatment care recommendations.
- Work independently with clients to meet their medical or aesthetic hair removal goals.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment by delivering top-tier patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in the patient EMR using a tablet device.
- Ensure a clean and professional work environment, including prepping treatment rooms between patients.
- Perform minor maintenance on lasers to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as necessary regarding patient treatment plans. Qualifications:

- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license
- Active ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine specialty
- Willingness to work with Milan's Licensing Team to obtain licenses in multiple states
- Ability to fulfill a 100% travel schedule (approximately 18 overnight stays)
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles from major rental car companies as needed for business travel.
- Proximity to a Milan Laser clinic and major airport
- Flexibility for weekend coverage and travel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Capability to stand for up to 9 hours daily
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Visual acuity to assess clients' skin and operate the laser
- Proficiency in operating lasers and office machinery.
