Healthcare Professional for Medication Administration and Resident Care

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a trusted healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications used in the health campus.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our high-quality, collaborative team to ensure that all medication-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Safely preparing, administering, and documenting all medications used in the health campus.
- Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Verifying that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.
- FOLLOWING HEALTH CAMPUS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING THE DESTROYING OF MEDICATIONS.
- Participating in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.
- Assisting residents with daily needs such as personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when warranted.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes additional hourly pay premiums for all hours worked, quarterly wage increases equivalent to 3% annually, and eligibility for shift differentials and weekend differentials. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have an active and in-good-standing Nurse Aide certification (STNA, CNA, SRNA) and demonstrate every other weekend and holiday work availability. At least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred. You must also be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
