About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Help Desk Technician. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work through support tickets assigned by the Intake and L1 team to resolve technical issues
  • Provide general IT office systems support, including setup, management, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and network equipment
  • Assist in the physical hardware build outs and configurations
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, HP, and other various products
