Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop retail merchandisers through training and development.

  • Assign merchandisers to stores and maintain work schedules.
  • Complete timely and accurate reporting, including recaps, audits, and itineraries.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years merchandising experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • 1-2 years lead or supervisory experience.

  • Ability to develop robust relationships with peers and business leaders.
