Job Overview

This Pilates Instructor role offers an exceptional opportunity to join our team in Newport Beach and contribute to shaping the science of fitness and the art of living.

Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized Pilates training programs tailored to meet clients' goals and maintain their motivation.
  • Conduct initial assessments and goal setting to create effective Pilates training programs.
  • Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions with expertise and professionalism.
  • Bilateral collaboration with the Pilates Manager to expand your client base through our member network.
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to client management efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well-rounded experience for our members.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all Equinox members and guests.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment organization at all times.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on various apparatus.
  • A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education from a recognized certification program.
  • Valid Pilates certification(s) must be provided upon application.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
