Role Overview

Inspire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Acute Behavioral Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at our behavioral health hospital in Brockton, MA.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing quality behavioral health care to acute populations.

About the Role

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess and adjust treatment plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing evidence-based evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients;
  • Developing treatment plans, measuring progress against the plans, and making adjustments as needed;
  • Providing crisis intervention as needed;
  • Completing all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Collaborating with case managers, family members, and other stakeholders regarding treatment and care;
  • Participating in the teaching of students and other trainees;
  • Participating in departmental and organizational quality improvement programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A Master's degree from a Nurse Practitioner education program (with specialization in mental health) accredited by a recognized national accreditation body;
  • Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or five years of experience in Nursing; and
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts, along with a current valid DEA certificate and MA Controlled Substances certificate or eligibility, and Buprenorphine waiver required or willingness to acquire waiver Certification.
What We Offer

Our competitive salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
