Job Title: LPN - SNF

Company Overview: DCI - Syracuse is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our senior clients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Estimated Salary: $1,610 per week

Job Description: As an LPN with DCI - Syracuse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. Your primary goal will be to promote independence and improve the overall well-being of our senior clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
