At Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-level services to our members and guests, designing and prescribing progressive treatment plans based on their skincare goals, and participating in ongoing education and training.

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests by performing high-quality skincare treatments.
• Design and prescribe personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Participate in hands-on training and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products.
• Achieve sales goals by promoting our membership model and encouraging client referrals.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment, including therapy rooms and common areas.

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians.
