Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic treatment team in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals while providing them with world-class patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Laser Hair Removal Treatments: Perform all laser hair removal treatments within our established protocols and procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on the laser hair removal process, pre- and post-treatment care recommendations, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Client Autonomy: Work independently with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals, providing personalized attention and care.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our clinic team to achieve company goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Professional Environment: Maintain a clean and professional work environment, ensuring the treatment room is prepared for each patient.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality.
  • Communication: Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists, Practitioners, and Medical Management Specialists as needed, regarding patient treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Active NP License: Possess an active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Certification: Hold active ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel for training, if required.
  • Patient Care: Demonstrate a passion for providing excellent patient care and a commitment to delivering world-class results.
  • Availability: Be able to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain highly confidential information.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day, lift up to 50 pounds, and visually assess clients' skin while operating the laser.
