Job Description: We are seeking a Residential Sales and Marketing Professional to assist in the sales and marketing strategy for the leasing department to ensure maximum occupancy of the community. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service to residents, focus on selling the community to all prospective residents, and understand this role is critical to the reputation of the property.

Key responsibilities include modeling and cascading Tailwind Group's five core values, demonstrating excellent customer service, participating in the execution and development of marketing efforts, assisting with special events, and acting as a lead salesperson when the Leasing Manager is offsite.

The Quarters Stillwater is a resort-style community consisting of 180 units and 544 beds, designed with Oklahoma State University students in mind. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously, possessing strong administrative, organization, and communication skills, being a self-motivated individual, and excelling at working in a team environment.

Requirements: An Associate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, and/or one or more years of progressive experience in student housing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required. Experience with Entrata software is preferred.
