Job OverviewRHP Properties, a leading real estate investment firm specializing in manufactured home communities, seeks an exceptional Assistant Community Manager to join our team. This is a part-time opportunity with competitive compensation and commissions.

This role will provide administrative support under the supervision of a Community Manager for 30 hours per week. As a successful Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for greeting all customers with a polite, professional demeanor, answering community office telephone calls promptly, and developing and maintaining community relationships.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting all customers with a polite, professional demeanor.
  • Answering community office telephone calls promptly and professionally, providing requested information for telephone inquiries.
  • Developing and maintaining community relationships.
  • Assisting the Community Manager in entering data into the management software program.
  • Completing guest cards and entering lead information in the Link System.
  • Maintaining all community office files according to company policy, including state and local requirements.
  • Inventorying, ordering, and verifying receipt of office supplies.
  • Coordinating maintenance of office equipment to ensure continuous customer sales and service.
RequirementsA minimum of 1-year general office experience is required; 1-year sales experience is preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is also required. Excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented abilities, and strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the ability to multitask, work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, and possess a valid operator's license are necessary. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
