A leading Recruitment Agency seeks a highly skilled Residential Construction Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining project costs for luxury custom home building projects, ensuring budgets are aligned with client expectations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, particularly luxury and custom homes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom home projects.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to create comprehensive estimates.
  • Assist in the development and updating of cost databases for materials, labor, and other construction-related expenses.
Requirements

The successful candidate should have a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator.

A strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and costs is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in cost analysis.
