Job Summary

Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner-Part-Time to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients in a correctional facility setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide on-site medical care to patients, including physical examinations and prescribing medication as needed.
  • Document patient interactions and medical records accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in correctional healthcare.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of hire.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in a relevant medical specialty.
  • Current DEA registration and CPR certification.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a cleared status.
