We are looking for a driven engineer with strong coordination and analytical skills to join our Core I/O Quality Engineering team. This team plays a crucial role in maintaining the software quality of I/O technologies across all Apple products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate testing initiatives at offshore facilities, ensuring efficient execution of I/O technology tests.
  • Engage in hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve issues effectively.
  • Adapt testing strategies to meet operational requirements and manage issue tracking.
  • Report on test execution progress and assist in expanding our testing coverage over time.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and drive quality engineering projects, including in-depth issue analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting quality status to diverse audiences.
  • Solid programming skills in languages such as Python or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with scripting for issue triage, data manipulation, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with I/O technologies like USB, Thunderbolt, or DisplayPort/HDMI.
  • Knowledge of C programming is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau.
  • Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
