**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at A.G.E.S. Learning Solutions LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinic management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our ABA and Speech services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct facility tours for families and potential employees, communicating with interested parties and following up on appointments
* Manage local outreach community building and marketing programs, identifying new opportunities for community involvement
* Collect co-payments and manage cancellations and rescheduling with families and schedulers
* Maintain office space and stay up-to-date on needed supplies
* Communicate with parents regarding questions and concerns
* Answer incoming calls to the clinic
* Provide supplemental support to our Behavior Technicians as needed

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* ABA experience or previous childcare experience preferred
* Administrative experience in clinical office settings preferred
* Must have a TB test clearance and a clean criminal background check
* Valid driving license
